Our Terms & Conditions for hire are:-
The function room is free of charge once bar spend exceeds £500. If bar spend is below £500 you will be required to make up the difference.
The function room includes the Stick & Pitcher Bar and outside Decking, the Conference Room and the upstairs Toilets.
The room will be available to set up from 6pm and the function will start at 7:30pm. Last orders will called at 11:30pm, time at the bar will be at 11:45pm and the booking will finish at midnight.
Table confetti is not permitted.
We do not allow external caterers. All food must be purchased from Nottingham Hockey Centre with the exception of a your celebration cake. Food will be served between 8pm-8:30pm. Buffet menus start from £5.45 / head.
Damage Waiver: To secure your booking you must pay a returnable deposit of £100 which will be returned the day after the booking.
Payment for marquees, pitch hire, entertainment or catering must be paid 5 working days before the event.
