About Nottingham Hockey Centre
Nottingham Hockey Centre is the leading hockey facility in England, the club is unique as it owns 3 artificial surfaces all different in construction.
Pitch 1 is a nylon waterbase pitch built to F.I.H. international standard as is used purely for hockey.
Pitch 2 is a international sized sand dressed pitch.
Pitch 3 is a half sized sand dressed pitch used for a variety of sports (hockey, football and lacrosse).
The clubhouse has 12 changing rooms (8 for astroturf users, 4 for grass sports).
The facility is unique as it has its own public house, the Stick and Pitcher, small conference facilities, medical room, hockey shop, and cafeteria area.
The roof hosts two decked areas overlooking all three pitches.
There is a hard standing car park for 188 cars.
Nottingham Hockey Centre will offer and promote sport within the community and will provide facilities regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, degree of ability or disability.
Members will be encouraged to become involved in all aspects of sport and liaison with schools, local authorities, leagues, sports associations and clubs.
To increase PARTICIPATION in sport, Nottingham Hockey Centre will nurture opportunities for members and the community at large in the following areas;

•Umpire provision and training
